For the couple who has planned the wedding but needs a little direction to bring the details together.

-Unlimited guidance via email and phone upon signed agreement
-Two in person meetings:
-First meeting – discuss details, review agreements, establish wedding day itinerary
-Second meeting –attend tasting with couple, walk through of location and meet with onsite catering/event manager, review floor plan, finalize details
-Review and Edit Banquet Event Order (BEO) per Catering Manager
-Confirm arrival times with service providers
-Distribute wedding day itinerary and location directions to service providers
-Confirm musical selection with ceremony musicians
-Coordinate grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc. with reception entertainment/MC
-Direct ushers with seating of guests
-Disburse final payments and gratuity to service providers
-Compile A-Z box
-Provide marriage license information
-Orchestrate wedding rehearsal
-Manage wedding day festivities with an assistant

Service Rates begin at $1,895.00 - $2,895.00 +

Final rate is based on location, guest count, and details of wedding

This service is designed for couples who need direction with blue printing and designing the over all feel of the wedding.

-Four in person meetings
-Design up to three inspiration boards
-(design board will contain swatches, photos, and pantone colors used for event)
-Research and secure the following meetings: Stationary, lighting, linens, baker, rentals,
-Assistance with wording and proofing all stationary
-Attendance at food tasting
-Assist with food and beverage selection
-Attend follow up meetings with the secured service providers.
-Attend table mock up with florist
-Custom budget worksheet
-And everything included within The Perfect Day Service

Service Rates begin at $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 +

Final rate is based on location, guest count, and details of wedding

This service is designed for couples who need guidance with planning and designing the wedding. We will assist with researching service providers to finding the perfect baker all the way down to matching most discriminating detail.

-Unlimited in person meetings
-Identify and short list service providers who best fit your style and budget
-Research and attend up to three meetings with the following service providers:
-Photographer, videographer, rentals, florist, baker, ceremony musicians, band/DJ, etc.
-Attend follow up meetings with service providers
-Negotiate terms and rates of final agreement with service providers
-Ongoing communication and coordination with all service providers
-Payment reminders via email
-Location scout
-Assist with booking of transportation and hotel accommodations
-Assist with the selection of ceremony and reception music.
-Assistance with seating arrangements
-And everything included within The Perfect Day and Design Elements

Service rates begin at $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 +
